Very impersonal. Nothing like my experience for 7 years at Santa Monica Audi. I’m not even sure they did the work. The stupid video was about the tires. They would not do a quick look at the suspension that was making noise without charging $250 or so for diagnostics. Why do service with you? I may try Concord next time.
