Josh was very professional, friendly, and he spent the time to explain things to me like how to attach a trailer hitch on my Q7. He also explained the value of purchasing an extended service agreement since my previous one expired, and I ended up purchasing 60k and 70k extended service agreement with him.

When going for annual services, customer should be provided with a service template listing all the service items that will be performed.
My visit was fabulous. Joshua went above and beyond just the normal service. My Audi is new to me (I've only had her a little over a week, so I don't understand all of the functionality; he spent some time answering questions which I totally appreciate. I'm gonna love my new Audi. I already do.
