He didn’t get me the Uber code until I called many many times and ended up Nancy helped me out. Made me late to pick up my daughter from her school and also made my daughter late to her dance class after school. My experience was bad!

Nancy was great. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
I made my service appointment online. There was not an option to reserve a loaner car. I figured it was because of Covid. When checking in at the service desk, I asked when loaners will start up again. Ismael, my service rep, said loaners ARE being used and I needed to call for it. So...what is the use of making an online appointment if I still need to call for a loaner? Doesn’t make sense. Ismael said there were not any loaners left, so I had planned to wait the 3 hours until my car was done being serviced. Online needs to be consistent, or just don’t offer the online appointments at all.
