Car was ready sooner than I expected. The check in process text and progress along with the videos on check in and service by the technician was great. Keeps you informed where the repair process is and put a personal touch. Kudos on a job well done!

The service was excellent and the turnaround time was great. However, the text notifying me that the car was done only indicated that part of the work was completed and did not indicate that the oil change was completed. I was notified of this by phone. The text message should be more complete in terms of work that was completed.
