Very disappointed in lack of face masks, only one of the service advisers wore a mask and multiple customers were allowed in to waiting area without mask. Signs on the doors apparently are meaningless.

The staff icluding Randy Kison really treat you well. They fully explain any concerns about your vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle one of the salesmen even opened the door for me and greeted me in a friendly manner.
I am thankful to Christian and Randy for re-visiting a noise issue that I have been having in my car.
I brought my car in for service to repair muffler noise that was diagnosed on a prior visit a few months back. I received a call during the day informing me of other items that needed attention, though not immediately. Later, I was called to retrieve my car after completion of the work; however, I was told that the work did not fully resolve the problem as there was also apparently a cracked pipe that leads into the muffler. The result is that I have spent $500 on the service and the noise level is no different than before I brought the vehicle in. Also, I was not informed of the need for additional work to resolve the matter until the call was placed to retrieve the vehicle. If it had been communicated earlier, I would have elected to save the $500 now to better understand the situation and then fix the problem entirely (or not). I have owned the vehicle since 2012, having purchased at 5 Corners and having serviced there it’s entire life. This is the first time the service has been anything other than exceptional. I hope the feedback is constructive and helpful.

Had an oil change and tire rotation told the person at the counter to replace a broken wiper, that never got done, didn't notice until I got back to slinger.
There was some issues as as far as the bill
But Chris resolved them to my complete satisfaction .
