I have been coming to 5 corners for over 10 years for services to my vehicle, the service is always great and they know me by now that if something isn’t fixed correctly I will be prompted to let them on what needs to be corrected and they have always gone good for any mistakes they have done incorrectly and that is why I keep coming back, I feel very welcome when visiting the dealership

At checkout I asked about an oil change “package”. No one seemed to know what the cost would be. Ultimately I was quoted a price of $240 for 4 oil changes which I was told would be a savings of $10 per oil change. To prepay that much money for a non- transferable package that “saves” $10 per oil change doesn’t seem like much of a value to me. I am not sure of the name of the person that quoted the price. It was not the fellow that checked me in. Thanks Duey S
Derrick and Chris are exceptionally good and very polite and accommodating. I have been a GM guy all my life and I have to say that the service that I have received thus far on my 2022 ram has been exceptional as said you guys are great and you will have my work as long as I own a ram

Requested tire rotation was not done.
Technician did not reset oil life on truck and also left large oil spots in multiple places on top of plastic shroud on top of engine. Not that hard to wipe off when I seen them at home but that’s not the point. It’s a brand new truck. Could at least clean up after setting the oil cap on top and left a mess. Probably won’t be bringing the truck back for any additional service after failing at such a simple task.

One of the parts was not in stock, this was the 2nd time in for the same problem of leaking oil and I had to use one of my oil change credits to pay for an oil change because they drained the oil to change the oil pan gasket. A brand new motor should not leak oil!!! And now I get charged. I am not at all happy with the service that has been done on this vehicle, from leaking oil to loose transmission bolts to cross threaded drive shaft bolts, not acceptable at all.
I have always been an enormous fan of the personnel at five corners; from the sales end to the service end to the accounting end. My treatment has always been like family!
