Service writer was polite and nice to work with,BUT why wouldn’t they check if under warranty before telling the price? I had to ask and they looked and yes it was. I would have been very upset to pay $480 + tax instead of just the $100 deductible.

He wasn't there at pickup. Your service tech destroyed 8 lug nuts and tried to hide it with a different style lug nut. Another service writer was rude and tried to blame another company. My original estimate was off by $100 due to broken off bolts. Now I need to spend another $100 on lug nuts. We had every intention on buying a 2023 $70K Jeep from you. Maybe another dealership!

Matt Szpara was extremely helpful. We were in for an oil change. Everything went well. Matt even came out and showed us filters that needed to be changed. We were impressed with that and gave him consent to have the filters changed. We will happily return for any service we need with our Chrysler.
