I particularly want to express my most hearty appreciation to RANDY who has served as my service manager since I had the new Jeep Patriot ..we have traveled over 170k miles since 2008 and Randy has seen to it that I have been ALWAYS TREATED FAIRLY..this last year my wife has battled lung cancer and she is doing well..
