The Tech that work on my vehicle forgot some hose connections. I notice a popping noise while sitting idle at an intersection. Would not go away while driving. I got home I opened my hood to the truck and found some hoses not connected. I figured where they went. And the noise went away. It also ran better. I was not happy. The last time I had you do work on my truck they forgot some hoses. And it dumped a lot gasoline out on the ground and inside the engine. I think your Tech need to be a lot more thorough when they do work. And I know he didn’t take the truck for a test drive otherwise he would have heard the noise.

This was my first visit to the service center for my Jeep Compass. Randy was great to work with. He explained everything to me and carefully listened to my concerns with needed repairs. Randy was a pleasure to work with and because of him, I will continue to use 5 Corners as my service department. I’d also like to say a thank you to the mechanic who worked on my Jeep and found the cause to an issue I’d been having with my Jeep for over two years. I’ve taken my vehicle to several mechanics and none could diagnose the cause of the noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The mechanic found it and fixed it and now I feel like I’m driving a brand new Jeep! Thanks guys for all your hard work!
