Too many horrible issues to even know where to start! Bad from beginning to end! You owe us!!! To start, free installation of a free cabin filter. Ours was ruined with the spilled diesel fuel in the engine compartment. Not enough room here to list how nasty of an experience this was. Do you have an actual diesel mechanic on staff?
A very short person parked my truck and when jumped in I was pinned for a brief moment between the wheel and my dad bod. All is well though, I was still able to get to the adjustment handle.. LOL
Excellent service as always. Even though I now live in Ohio, I bring my truck back here for service when I visit my kids.
Your service department has deteriorated based on my experience the last 2 times in. Two weeks ago I wasn’t getting heat on the drivers side. Left with vibration coming from the blower motor and then the other day the fuel door wouldn’t open. Matt was good enough to tell me both were related to when they fixed the previous problem. This time I came in and the radio was not working. When I left the heat was blasting, the air, front and rear defrost are on and nothing can be turned down or off. I was at least able to control these functions when I brought the car in. Making matters worse it’s up to 2 weeks for a new radio. Absolutely unacceptable. Having researched this before I brought the vehicle in it seems the radio going out is a pretty common problem on the Grand Cherokee. So why isn’t there one on your stockroom shelf. The vehicle is now basically useless except for short trips to the store and we’re coming into the holidays. I’ll bring the Cherokee back in for the radio but if they don’t get it right I’ll be looking somewhere else for future service. By the way, the vibration is still there. You just can’t hear it because the blower is running at full speed. Not happy!!!
Christian was completely honest with me about how busy they were. He worked with me to reschedule my work. I understand how busy everyone is and how short staffed companies are. Honesty wins out over excuses. Christian was GREAT. thank you
Matt and his team did a great job of diagnosing and repairing two serious issues with my Jeep Wrangler. Both issues are now fixed and I am quite pleased with the results. That is why Five Corners is the only place that I have ever allowed to work on my Jeep since the day I took delivery of it new 14 years ago. Thank you, Matt and crew!

Matt wad great. Hexwas there ladt night when i dropped my vehicle off. He said there wete quite busy but he would try to get someone to look at it this morning. He called an hour or so after the shop opened to tell me they checked the battery and it had a bad cell. He said they vould replace it and have it done by the end of the day. He called at 2:30 and left a vm stating it was done and ready for pick up. Really appreciate Matt working my repair in wnd getting me back on the road even though the shop was busy.
Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. It’s also a great perk that they clean windows and vacuum the vehicles

Brian was so helpful and was very quick to get my vehicle problem resolved very quickly. He made everything happen even though I didn’t have an appt.

I was very pleased with how dedicated Matt and the Service Dept was with taking care of my vehicle. He always called and kept me updated. They were really on top of handling the repairs and did a great job!
