Your mechanic’s are morons, I ask them to look at the power steering not the suspension (we replaced ball joint’s and tie rod ends as well as struts last year) we needed them to test the power steering lines but apparently they don’t now how to. It’s to bad because we came from Waukesha, because I always had good luck with them but not anymore and if I end up getting into an accident on the way home they will be hearing from my lawyer about how they let a old woman leave the shop with an unsafe vehicle.
I won’t take my Wrangler anywhere but 5 Corners for service.

Your dealership had my Jeep for two months. I understand with Covid that there is a delay in getting the parts in a timely fashion but I had to take the initiative to continually contact your dealership for updates versus your dealership contacting me. I am a manager of a repair shop and if don’t keep our customers informed they will find business elsewhere. I would expect to be treated the same way but that didn’t happen.
Matt Szpara did a great job on my jeep. I called him and asked if he could get me in today and he told me he could if I would leave it there for them to work on and he would call when finished.

My last Chrysler Product was a 1962 Plymouth Belevedire (?) which was a very good car! However, since 1998 I have been buying Toyota Brands, which have provided me excellent Service! However, I have not locked in on a Brand at this point in time! But what ever it is, it will more than likely be a SUV! Probably Japanese or Korean, but again, that is not a lock!
Chris was friendly and I enjoyed working with him. However, there was a lack of communication throughout the process I didn't appreciate. My truck was first said to be done by Monday at 5pm. I was then told on Tuesday afternoon it wouod be ready Wednesday afternoon. After not hearing anything on Wednesday, I had to call numerous times on Friday to get an answer on the progress on my truck. I was told there was an emergency staff shortage on Monday, which is completely understandable, but that shouldn't impact the lack of communication the rest of the week.
