I understand it was brought in on short notice, however the estimate changed to be more and I don't agree with the why. For the price I paid which I think is very high and due understand it's a dealership so one should expect that. Getting it back almost a quart low on transmission fluid was unacceptable. This isn't an comment about Matt sparza, it's answering your survey about my experience. Cudos to them for having a survey at least they care enough to ask. More businesses need to do that, otherwise how does the business know.

Brian is outstanding in his job. He is kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful to all his clients. Takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. Brian is great with his clients and he is good at remembering names etc. Very polite and always keeps you informed of time delays etc. Brian is a great asset to 5 Corners.
