In the past, they have done a complementary car wash and I had requested to have some sticky stuff removed from the door ways from when I bought my car which was not done.

We were Quoted $99 for an oil change when we called back to make the appointment we were told $119. While not much it didn’t feel right that Ethan was unwilling to honor the $99. He said” they have new service people and they are new and confused”!? Our appointment was 9:00 they kept us waiting. Told us the car would be ready between 1-2pm We called at 1:00 no one answered the phone over an hour later he left a message saying the car would be ready later this afternnoon. When we went to get the car he informed us there was a problem with the car and would be another $1500. Mentioning the problem usually occurs at 80,000 miles not 60,000. This was not mentioned before we came to pick up the car. Having to rearrange schedules for transportation. This was extremely inconvenient as everyone works. Our car went in with no problems and after they worked on the car a big problem. No lights on and car running fine. We’ve always have come to norm reeves as a trusted service department. I did not feel that way leaving today. In addition to not honoring the quoted price he said”I did give you the AAA rate” which I am entitled to as a AAA member. As if he was doing me a favor. His demeanor was condescending. Left very unhappy and disappointed as we’ve been coming here for years.
