Customer service was horrible. I was never informed that it would take 4 days to fix a problem an AC issue on my brand new car. I had to call daily just to find the status and every time was just told that the tech is working on it but no more feedback after that. I feel that the communication between the service rep and tech is broken . It seem that the service rep was just waiting and waiting for the tech to give him updates versus him being more proactive. I understand that the tech may have been busy but I was never offered options of bringing the car back at a future date. I was told that they may get me a loaner car but that was alway near the end of the day with hopes that my car maybe ready the next day. 4 days of not having my car w/o advance notice was not acceptable.
My advisor was excellent and made my appointment very simple.
Simply put… My service repair took toooooooo long. Problem with the updates caused me to be using personal resources for daily transportation. The management did provide me a loaner car yet, I was out fuel cost as I had a road trip previously booked. Also, when I picked up my car, it hadn’t been cleaned nor, was it charged. These are details that would improve a customer’s overall experience with Norm Reeves Volkswagen. Service advisor, Jimmy ****, kept me informed as to the progress of my repair, and I believe, looked out for my interest. I’ll be taking my car back to Norm Reeves Volkswagen for my future service…as I purchased my ID.4 at the dealership. Side note… I’m waiting for the “BUZZ” to finally hit the states. Stay tuned…..

Rigoberto was excellent, very kind and professional. Made sure I was aware of my vehicle status and overall made it a very seamless experience!
I handed over the car for service at morning 10:30 and I was communicated about pick up time as 5 PM. At 4 PM I get a text that my car pickup is next day. That is highly unprofessional. On top of it, from my last service, glove box was replaced and even now it is not functional. Overall not a good experience this time .
Raul continually goes above/beyond to take care of my vehicle, but more importantly takes care of me as a customer and values my experience every time I visit. Thanks Raul!

Josue has been a huge help to me this past year. I’ve ran over three nails already this year, but every time I came in to Norm Reeves Irvine to get the tire changed the experience stress free. Super easy, didn’t take very long, and Josue and the other employees I interacted with were super kind throughout the process. Thanks for the help!
