2-1/2 hours for an oil change is not acceptable. Also, there was no documentation that the sensors are not working properly. He only expressed that this is a common issue, but offered no solutions.

I've been coming here since 2015. What I liked about coming here was that they accommodated for their long wait times for their service times by offering complimentary shuttle rides to and from a location, my home. Now, they only offer a ride one way. They also said this service is limited milage wise and may stop completely. This alters my decision of whether I will return back here for my service as getting my car serviced here takes a long time even with a booked time slot.

The service I needed couldn’t get done because I was not prepared to wait today. The simple service was a lot more complicated than I had planned for. They politely rescheduled and I will return for service in a couple of days .. thank you!

Rigoberto is excellent and the service he provided was top tier. My only complaint would be the quality of the vehicle. Software issues up the ying yang, resetting my infotainment system is a mere bandaid solution, and the updates don’t seem to help much. Other than that, great service! :D

Was not happy at all with me visit I left the shop upset and once on the freeway the noise started up and was told told tight up I can be charged for something I drove from walnut and took the day off and got nothing done a total wast of time and gas
