Most of the service was great and in a timely manner. However I asked that a rattling noise be checked out on the left side of the dash they said they couldn’t hear anything during a test drive. Instead of asking me, as I was waiting at the dealership, to jump in the car and highlight the noise…..they just said they couldn’t hear anything. So when I found this out I asked if someone could go for a ride with me and apparently the only tech was on lunch. I took the day off from work to get the service completed and drove up from home in san clemente…just disappointed this request was resolved.

Everyone was so kind

I was given a very long list of needs, including oil change. The invoice was over 3K. I provided warranty agreement. Representative states no coverage. I was not prepared to pay full amount of assessed needs. Was very disappointed in overall explanation was not provided. I went to pick up my car. Was told 210.00 fee. I asked could the oil change be rendered. I was told by Jimmy ****, no. So I had no satisfaction with either Representative. Pain 210.00 received no service on the list. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Josue was wonderful. He gets five stars for sure. He was a great communicator explained things really well to me and answered all my questions and I really appreciated that. What I did not appreciate was after I had agreed to get the tires which I needed, they didn't notify us when the car was done. And we were sitting until about 1:44 p.m. when my friend went to the front desk to ask about it the two staff guys that were there laughed and we're joking around and I turned around and I saw it myself and that's what I didn't like there was no respect there. I expect that these two guys weren't really laughing at her or me they probably were just laughing and kidding around but it was not a good look. Now Josue when I asked him he said that the car had only been there for a couple minutes and they had just finished so I would appreciate if you would check to see if that is exactly what happened or if in fact we had actually been waiting for much longer than that. Thank you so much and I do love Volkswagen very much
