Jimmy was awesome! Great experience and quick to complete our tecall and certificate. The only bad part was and he made it known to me, he said the check engine light was off when checking out and that it would come back on. He said ot would $210 for alln update to completely get rid of it, i got in the car and as soon as o started the check engine light came on. I had to leave to my cancer appointment. Other than that, Jimmy was honest, friendly, and hospitable. Ty
My car was at you service all day and you didn’t even touch my car. I called in to check status on my car and service guy lied to my saying that “he don’t know what is the issue and they need to dig dipper”. On the and of a he let me drive my car with defective airbags system. I will never come back to your service.

Not having an appointment, was not an issue, service provider Josue welcomed me back. Work order prepared, only additional charge I requested was rotate tires. Josue arranged for transportation to home and return to dealership when service was completed, Survey’s are usually 0 - 10 being the best, I rate this service 100, over the top, thank you Josue and team for making servicing my car so pleasant.
