Gus was great. Always making sure I was updated and made sure that everything was taken care of. Some of the best customer service I have received from the service department.
Mr. Miranda went above and beyond my expectations. He saw that the rear brakes on my 2024 Jetta were worn out and he was able to get them repaired for me under warranty. He was just super courteous and professional, and I am sure I will bring my car back to Norm Reeves Volkswagen in the future for it service.

The service was great in that it was completed. Rigo was nice and informative in what was wrong with the car. Although I do wish I had my car sooner. I dropped off my car early for my allotted 12:00pm appointment, got a call at 4pm saying my car needs breaks, and then my car was ready at 5:15pm. It seems that even with an appointment, my time is not respected, and that the repair would have taken an hour. If it were given it’s allotted time, then I’d have my car sooner, rather than before closing time.
He is very professional and friendly.
Initially was unaware of all mechanical items needed, went to dealership for an oil change, possible rotate tires, was surprised, when service tech shared items required, what confuses me is comparing mileage to age of vehicle, mileage at appointment 24,000 approximately, going forward will have to find an independent service garage for this vehicle, making this comment on age of vehicle, manufacturer warranty has expired. Now retired and city driving am considering a smaller economical car. Alyce L

May car was washed and waxed when I brought it in and delivered to me completely dirty from being kept outside for approx. 10 days. Disappointed in how it was delivered to me.
