Felt like I was being upsold on services. For example, it was suggested that I replace the cabin air filter when it hadn’t even been inspected. Also was not happy that a tire rotation would have costed extra. In all my years of taking cars into service at various dealerships, I have never been charged for a tire rotation.

I usually never have an issue with this dealership. I dropped it off on 5/10 at noon, I had my 40k maintenance. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. By the time I realized I still hadn’t received a call, it was past 6pm. I attempted to call and spoke to someone from the finance department who informed me that the service center had closed. I was upset that I never received a call to inform me that either my car was ready for pickup, or that it needed to stay overnight. Upon waking up the next day around 10am, I still had not heard from the dealership regarding pickup of my vehicle. I arrived around 1030am and was told that they did not rotate my tires despite my request. I paid for my service and was ready to go. When I got into my car, I saw that the sunglasses holder was not replaced .. which I had pointed out to Rigo while he was inside my vehicle when I first dropped it off. He mentioned it would be taken care of but again .. was not addressed. I needed to go to work and could not leave it longer to have those 2 services taken care of. I’m very upset with the experience this time around.
