I was quoted 99.95 for oil change. I had a coupon for 119. Off service online. I was charged 120.56.
I paid 60.00 for a complementary multi point inspection. I asked why and service advisor could not explain. I would like to go over bill with service manager to understand. I want to continue service with norm reeves .
So I’m not happy.

Fillipe Rosas listened to what I wanted for my car. He got me a Lyft ride to a shopping mall while I waited 5 hours for my car to be serviced. He got me an Uber ride back to Norm Reeves. My car needed a new water pump. He got me warranty coverage. I needed a loaner car for two days while my car was fixed. It was a new VW Atlas. Nice car. Fillipe texted me when my car was ready. Job was done right. I’m so happy.
