From the guy who first scheduled my appointment, he was very pleasant and gave me all the correct info, to Jimmy who was a good communicator and helped the process go smoothly, to the guy who expertly performed the work - I will definitely come here again for any further recall services. The service on my car was done in a reasonable time frame. My battery failed the test so that was replaced. Now my car sounds great and I feel comfortable going for a long distance trip.
I am not confident that my problem was resolved correctly.
The first think I asked to have checked was the check engine light then then the tires replaced. It was told to me verbally that the mechanics would look at it. They didn’t after I left it the entire day. The tires are fine but there was tire pressure lost the next day and I brought it back in the following day. The check engine light is back on the 3rd time and I haven’t received a follow up call after I left a voicemail yesterday and no text back either. Now I’ll just find another shop that’ll follow through with professionalism, clear communication, and better customer service.
