Please stop trying to sell me a car. I just got this one. Service Department was excellent, but sales techniques are too aggressive and annoying. Got a sales email before I ever had service on the car. Tacky as hell. Thank you!

Jimmy was wonderful. My husband had passed away in October and when my Taos started acting weird I was upset with the thought of missing a meeting with the person helping with the Mass program that night at 6 and with the funeral director the next day. Jimmy was so kind and I was so relieved when he told me he could take care of the issue right away. Two hours later I was on my way! What a blessing he was when I so needed one.

Vehicle was serviced back in Oct. It took 2 days with almost not follow up, I had to keep calling to find out and then when my vehicle was done was when I actually heard from someone. I was told everything was done, but when I went to pick up, I was then told that a part had to be order and I would have to schedule once the part came in. The part came when I was out of town for business. Just like most, I'm a busy hard work and have very minimal time. When I called to finally schedule, I made it very clear that I can only drop off late Thursday, have my vehicle serviced Friday and then I would need it back. I also asked if there are loaner vehicles in case service takes longer, I was told there are no loaners and not offered at all. Well, I did as asked, schedules, dropped off and heard NOTHING until almost 3PM when I had to call into service to find out the status. I was then informed that they have the part, but because it's a big job it could jot be done. I once again stressed that I can no go without a vehicle and was suggested to pick up my vehicle. The body shop might need to be contact to get the part replaced. BTW, the part is the rear wire harness dust boot cover, 1 of the clips are broken and not fully secures which would cause water leaks and issues. Well, I picked up my vehicle and now I must wait for the advisor to talk to someone to talk others to maybe have the body shop work on my vehicle. It seems that customers only get answer if they follow up themselves and or just patient sit quietly. I'm not sensing any customer urgency, loyality and or respect. Even when I purchased the vehicle from Norm Reeves VW, there was issues and or items promised after the purchased. Back then, I had to follow up and or reach out repeatedly. I finally got a call back when the item was finally delivered and ready for pickup, otherwise it was dead silent or voice-mail only! Which appears to be the same case now with service instead of sales! Guess, I can provide a better feedback comment once (or if) my vehicle ever gets repaired. My apologies for the harsh words but who wouldn't be frustrated if/when the tables are turned.
