Jimmy was great. I just don’t like the overall quality of the ID4. Several software bugs and the steering wheel clear coat already comes off and VW does NOT want to replace it under warranty. And that on a new car! Frankly this will be the last VW I will buy.

Brought my car Jetta 2019 in at 12:30 for 12:45 appointment. Requested for oil change, check breaks and tire rotation. I was told car be ready in 3 hrs. I called at 4:20 pm and was informed by Josue that it will be another 50 minutes. I was told that tires were not rotated because the better tires should stay in the rear. It’s a lie. They did not do the job because they waited till last minute and they did not have the time to rotate the tire. In fact the better tires should be in the front of the car. Two reasons: One is the front wheels control most of the breaking of the car, Two you want the best tires where you need the more braking. I request that you rotate my tires free of charge at earliest convenient time. Mirza
