Service advisor was not personable or efficient. Josue informed me that my car would take less than an hour and a half but it ended up taking a little over 3 hours for a new bulb. Asked advisor to wash car prior to pick up and my car was not washed upon pickup. Very rude and passive. Not helpful at all.

I am completely satisfied with my service experience witn Josue Zavalla. He was great. I cannot say the same thing for the person who was handling the appointments with him today—-he made non-factual arguments such as Costco coupon is maxed at $200 which was not true as indicated at the bottom of the coupon.
