Experience was good and finished in a timely manner
I was sent home with a warning light on my dash. To me, that shows lack of care and thorough checking before telling a customer the car is ready. Further, I was promised that the car would sit under cover during the rain. Instead, I had water dumping on me the entire ride home as the top was full of water. Don't know what to say about that except what you say and what happens don't seem to match.

While I completely loved the beautiful job done with the in depth detailing of my car - I specifically brought it for two reasons my tire sensor and the sealant - I took the day off and rearranged my entire week to drive to Irvine for that specific purpose. I live 1.5 hrs from Irvine.
I can say that Sam and Lina are amazing people and it was just an oversight which happens so I know it was just a mistake
