Rigoberto is an excellent service advisor, explained everything in detail, very courteous and knowledgeable. I have four cars from different car manufacturers, and I take them in for repairs, those others should take lessons from him in customer service.
Waited 3 hours before being informed the car may need more work which would required another 3 hours at least. No offer to a loaner or rental for the inconvenience nor no drop off or pickup since more than 10 miles
This is our second opportunity to work with Jimmy. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gets the job done. He kept us updated throughout the day. Jimmy provides premier customer servic, an excellent example for those in his field. 10/10 recommend! See you next time!
