Rauel at your dealership said to bring it in to see if it’s a defect and can be covered under warranty. When I brought the car to your dealership today your serviceman said I must pay $180 for diagnosis.
I refused to pay and he said he couldn’t help me if I don’t pay the fee.
I don’t understand why I must pay for you to evaluate if a car manufactured by your company, to find out if it’s a defect or not.
I am not happy with your service. I’ve seen how other car manufacturers stand by their customers.

The service manager was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful.
He was able to cater to my inqueries attentively, immediately and effectively. He gave me a brief but detailed explanation regarding my car.
I chose to wait at the Irvine location while the service was being done. After 2 hours I went to check and they said it was finished but 2 items had come up. Why are you telling me now, why not t the very beginning so if I wanted to add to the service I could rather than after 2 hours so I could sit even longer. When I scheduled my appointment I added my cell phone in the comments, since you all new I was staying maybe my phone should have been verified rather than call my husband in Mexico.

I brought my car to check for oil leaks. The technician did the 10 point(?) inspection and send me a video. That's great and thanks for doing this quickly and reasonably..

PS: I had brought the car on saturday but was told they can't look at it before Monday.. In the past you used to provide more services on Saturday. what happened ? pls reconsider better staffing on w/e.

Overall service was great; however, I still had a question in tire rotation on my ID4. I wanted have them rotated, but the rep mentioned that they can’t be done since the size of two front tires were different from the back two tires. Per some VW dealer web site, they still needed to be rotated. What is the recommendations from Norm Reeves Irvine?
