First time using Norm Reeves, usually drive from Irvine to Santa Ana VW. I was extremely happy with scheduling, welcoming at the Service Office, and genuine kindness from Renato! He listened carefully, professionally told me the procedure and welcomed my questions. He had the Diagnostic performed and called me with the results. I really appreciate that he didn’t try to pressure or push repairs on me. I’m a retired Teacher on a budget and the estimated cost was over $3K. He kindly checked to see if the car was safe to drive then assured me I was ok. He even helped me get a Lift back to pick up my car! GREAT care! He had Josue help me with that since today was Renato’s day off. Josue was great as well! When I secure the funds I will definitely return to have the repair done! Thank you for such a positive 1st experience!

Jimmy was great! This is about the condition of the car when it was delivered. There were black fingerprints all over the headliner which is Dove grey. The seats also Dove grey front and back were dirty from the workers sliding in and out of both front and back seats on both sides of the car. I get it the guys work hard they are handling dirty parts and their uniforms get dirty but I don’t think I should have to spend 2 hours trying to clean up my car. Plastic covers should have been put on the seats as well as wearing plastic disposable gloves when installing the headliner. The passenger front side headliner is frayed and is exposed the rubber seal is not covering the headliner. My next service I will have that corrected. On a positive note the paint job on the roof and antenna installation looks fantastic which is what the car was in for! The car was clean on the outside but the interior was a different story. I just think a little more thought and careful consideration should have been used when someone was doing the reinstall. Thank you very much for listening!

Josue Zavala greeted me, took my car in let me know around what time the car should be done. Josue went above and beyond even to get me a Lyft ride home and back if I needed it. Thank you Jose for taking care of my car you are a credit to the company. He is the one I can trust with my vehicle. 10/10

My experience with Josue was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I was provided with the best costumer service. I was very pleased to know that my car was going to get serviced with all the concern's I originally had prior to making my initial phone call he answered and provided me with all the information I needed. He reassured me he would get me all the help needed and it would all be done within a time frame and met the time-line and kept me well updated throughout the entire service and the whole process was worry-free. I am glad he picked up my call to the service center and therefore was able to help me from the start.
