I lost a lot of money because my job need a car and my car waited for a round 50 days in your shop for repair I am so sad and unhappy it was your problem not my problem but I lose a lot of money ????????????????????
Overall communication on my cars status was not adequate. I brought my car in at 9:30 AM via appointment and did not get my car back till the next day. I was never informed I would need to leave my car overnight. I had to call to check on the status of my car after not receiving an update mid-day that I was told I would receive. After calling I only received text message updates afterward the first day. I was not aware this would be the case, which delayed getting additional approvals in. I was called the following morning, which I missed and received a text saying the headlights were replaced. Apparently at this point my car was ready for pickup, but since that was not communicated clearly I had to call again to confirm.
Not the end of the world overall. But I came to the dealership over a local garage because I thought communication would be prompt and personal.
Jimmy was extremely helpful and communicative every step of the way. He is a great asset to this dealership.
