I received a coupon online for an oil change for $59 from Norm Reeves Honda for my VW Jetta and made an appointment. They said the coupon was a mistake and wouldn't honor it. This doesn't seem fair.

Completely satisfied with Josue. He even did his best to get my car washed. I was disappointed to hear that no staff member was available to wash cars. I spent $500 plus…would have been nice to get a proper car wash. Julio did the best he could
