I dropped the car off at 945. It wasn't even assigned to a mechanic until after 300. Then he wanted to keep the car overnight. This was for a simple service. When I said that was unacceptable he said the car would be ready at 515. When I showed up at that time I could see the car in the service bay. Rigo was gone but his associate told me it was not done and would need another half hour. I waited 35 minutes before I was given back my vehicle. Very poor service. I had to call several times to get updates. Was left on hold for long periods and was told I would be called right back and had to call back 30 minutes later when no call was received.
Jimmy did a great job of accommodating me as a walk in. He ensured I was aware of timelines and that a recommended service was available and things were very clear as to whether I wanted that additional service done or not since it would be at my expense. Overall, another great experience with the team.
I took my car in Tuesday 3/19/24 for a simple oil change I dropped it off at 9am because I made an appointment for 9:30am. I called to get status on the service at 3pm because I haven’t heard anything I figure a simple oil change should take 7 hours to do. The service guy said that he will go check and call me back. He didn’t call me back so I called back at 4:30pm only to be told my car is being worked on and to give them more time that they close at 6pm, I said ok I’ll go there at 5pm since I’m off at 5pm. I go in only to find out my car was never touched. They supposedly had two call out and couldn’t take my car so I questioned did anyone after me get an oil change. Why wasn’t I notified. I honestly think they forgot about me. They asked me to come back another day but never offered free service for the inconvenience. That I had to go back and drop off my car In The same week. This is probably the worst service I’ve ever gotten at any dealership and I’ve been to ford dealerships.
