I’ve made an appointment for 1 PM today. When I made the appointment I discussed with the service department how long it would take to get my oil changed. At 2:30. They still hadn’t even taken my car into the bay for service. I asked for my car back, they couldn’t find my keys, that took another 10 minutes. Then the man that drove my car out of the parking lot drove it like a madman over the speed bumps. Did not leave a good impression. I would give your service department zero stars. You wasted my entire day, it was absolutely infuriating. I would fire every single person and start over . Idiots.

Renato did a good job- friendly and professional. I would also like to acknowledge the CSR in the parts Department who provided me with tire caps and helped me reset my Apple CarPlay in dash system.Great job.

Made an appt at 7:30…was told that in order to diagnose my car they would need to keep it at least all day, while offering no loaner cars. What’s the point of making an appt you ask? Apparently that just guarantees you can speak to a representative. I don’t have another car. I can’t give my car away for the whole day.

Reason I brought it in was for an alignment the steering wheel wasn't centered I got it back and the steering wheel is still not centered and got charged $200 for it
