I had an appointment at 11:00 and my car wasn’t finished until after 4:00. They were all very nice but the wait time for my first service with an appointment was ridiculous. Not sure I’ll be going back.

Josue Zavala was great . He was very professional , he asked my concerns and made sure I was informed about everything. He was very mindful of ti e which I really liked . I needed to be somewhere at 1130 and he made sure I was out of there before 11 . Josue was outstanding on customer service . He is very knowledgable and went out if his way to make my experience and excellent one . Thank you Josue . And thank you Volkswagen .

I was offered a Lyft back to pick up my car as I took an Uber to go to work from the dealership. Neither Jimmy or the manager I spoke to offered to to take care of my ride or compensate otherwise. I don’t understand why this would be offered if you can not follow through. As well as I had to call to find the status of my car as I was not notified of any updates on my car. I was initially told the car would be done at 4, I called at 4:30 to find my car done and ready for pick up. While on the phone to request the status of the car, I was told it was ready for pick up and the team was eager to let me know they closed at 6 and hung up on me! Service was sub-par and I doubt I will be back to this dealership for my service needs.

Renato was polite and professional on phone as well as in person. He treats customers with respect and make customers happy. The only minor thing that I noticed that no quick run through courtesy car wash this time. Probably, VW Irvine was so busy because many customers. Overall, I trust VW Irvine to care for my VW.
