I had an appointment at 11:00 and my car wasn’t finished until after 4:00. They were all very nice but the wait time for my first service with an appointment was ridiculous. Not sure I’ll be going back.

Josue Zavala was great . He was very professional , he asked my concerns and made sure I was informed about everything. He was very mindful of ti e which I really liked . I needed to be somewhere at 1130 and he made sure I was out of there before 11 . Josue was outstanding on customer service . I was offered a Lyft back to pick up my car as I took an Uber to go to work from the dealership. Neither Jimmy or the manager I spoke to offered to to take care of my ride or compensate otherwise. I don’t understand why this would be offered if you can not follow through. As well as I had to call to find the status of my car as I was not notified of any updates on my car. I was initially told the car would be done at 4, I called at 4:30 to find my car done and ready for pick up. While on the phone to request the status of the car, I was told it was ready for pick up and the team was eager to let me know they closed at 6 and hung up on me! Service was sub-par and I doubt I will be back to this dealership for my service needs.
