The job is not even done and you guys send a survey I went there they told me the car is going to be all day they give me the ride only one way to my house and no right back Volkswagen I have three kids how I'm going to pick up my kids if you guys keep the car whole day and you don't even offer like a rental or like another courtesy vehicle I paid the vehicle and also I pay the gap insurance and you guess you can even deliver this is really really poor service
Although I received quality service from Jimmy I'm a bit disappointed in the time/days it took for me to get my car repairs completed. I planned a 2 week vacation that I had to postpone until my car was ready 6 days later. I am hoping this experience does not happen again should I choose to return to Norm Reeves for future services.
