Didnt cover my maintenance warranty due to out of cut off date. was 6k under 36k miles warranty service but i missed the date due to we didn't need oil change at that time. No email notfications or friendy calls reminding us to take advantage of service. assooc and mgr of location where not empowered to do the right thing for customer and ended up paying over 350.00. Very Dissapoitned in VW.
I went to another mechanic since you quoted me the most ridiculous and crappy quote I’ve ever heard in my life. Your customer service people were very nice especially rigo. but as a company I have lost faith in all of you since you sold a car that broke the law then offered limited warranty on it afterwards. Furthermore my mechanic said the part you said was broken, ISNT. You tried to charge me 5000$ for a new turbo when my mechanic says the turbo is fine it’s just a part inside it that won’t work, I will never be willing taking my car to be serviced by one of your Volkswagen STEALERSHIPS again

Last time I got a service it was bad but this time it was good I don’t know if it was because I had it serviced with a 7:15 am appointment on a week day and had experienced service staff? Also it took longer than what they said. Also last time the part that was ordered was not ready. Last time it took forever to get the car out when it was done but this time I said to bring the car close to entrance ready to go. Also I said to have the bill ready that also saved time. This time I fixed the problems and was proactive that helped the overall situation.
Jimmy is so professional and friendly and always so welcoming! He deserves 5 stars!
