Rigoberto was knowledgeable and communicated well and the estimated time was longer than the actual time needed. Which was a wonderful outcome. He also led me through the maintenance terms using layman language, which I appreciated, without talking down to me. Finally, when we talked about an issue found with the diagnostic result, I mentioned a previous issue and asked him to check previous maintenance records and he did and found the issue which is above and beyond good service. The only other person who has done a job as well as Rigoberto was Tom, who I worked with almost exclusively for the last 8 years. Rigoberto was superior.

Coming to your dealership is always a pleasure. I e been taking my VW to VW of garden grove and had reached out to them for assistance and unfortunately thier customer service is lacking …. I only would go there because it is much more convenient but after working w/you yesterday I will plan on taking the trip down to you for future service .

I wanted to have second key so I paid 300$ and then they told me old key doesn’t work anymore because they don’t know how to program it with new one. So I’m -300$ and still have one key same was before but now I’m more poor
