Josue was professional and courteous, explained the repair process in great detail, and answered all of my questions. I had a great service experience.
As a former vw employee I know how long it should take to plug a tire. Waited about an hour for the service to be done. Service advisor was great. Service at this location is unbelievably slow. An oil change for example shouldn’t take all day when you come in for an express service.

They did not rotate my tires because they decided the thread on the tires was too low, but charged me for it anyways anyways.

I purchased my first Jetta in 2013 (my blue 2011 Jetta) and, Norm Reeves VW kept us safely on the road through 2020! At that time, I started my first lease ever obtaining my brand new, state of the art, 2020 VW Jetta SE RLINE! I so pleased with my car that when my lease was up, I could not let her go!!! Several offers have been made to purchase my RLINE but, I just can’t let her go. Relocating to Lake Elsinore, I pray to find at least 1/2 the superior service I’ve received from Norm Reeves VW Irvine!

They charged me $50 to do their job- and they wanted to overchange me to do the service. Found another place to service my car for hf the price. I will never come back.
The brake problem was quickly fixed, and really appreciate it.
