Honestly, I was pretty, pleased Renato's communication via text
Jimmy was helpful with my service. He checked me in and got me on my way quickly. He advised me on my tires which needed replaced. He was on it quick so that it could happen along with my recall service. I appreciate him letting me know about the tire issue and I was glad to get the tire fixed without having to come back. Jimmy helped make that happen.
Josue was an excellent service rep.

I do want to add that the first visit on Tuesday I was helped by another tech, Josue, who turned me away for having more than 1/4 tank of gas. The recall letter simply says “on day of service if possible bring in with 1/4 tank or less.” Since it isn’t worded as mandatory, I think the service folks should be made aware that they need to handle this a bit differently. I had to reschedule for the following day.

Josue was so professional and super helpful in this whole process! He looked into why I was running into intermittent sensor issues even though I was there for something totally unrelated. I had even asked someone else in the past to look into it and they brushed it off, but Josue took it seriously and found the issue. I can't say enough good things about him and the team there!
I completely understand a holiday weekend may impact service but my car went in at 8:15am on Friday and wasn’t serviced until Tuesday midday/afternoon. There was minimal communication about delays and service progress.
Originally when the issue with the car first came up I called the dealer and was told the car was out of warranty. $800 later at the mechanics it turns out we have not only an extended warranty but certified coverage.
Makes me not want to bring my car in for service because the information, communication, and experience were not satisfactory and not customer centered.
Rigo was efficient, friendly and helpful.

Lack of knowledge and inconsistent advices

Every time I bring car in it’s there for 3-5 days.
When I was booking appointment by the phone , representative told me that service department have all needed parts in stock, so I will get both recalls fixed.. but it turns out that one part is out of stock and now i have to spend one more day to fix the car. Very inconvenient!
