It took 5 hours to change the oil in my car. I was told it would be 3 hours. This is an unacceptable amount of time to do something that other places can do in 15 minutes. 5 hours is just ridiculous when I scheduled an appointment. I should have been told when scheduling that you were too busy to help me in a reasonable amount of time.

Appreciated Renato squeezing us in as a walk in. We were able to finish up within a few hours rather than a few days, like he said it could normally take. He knew I was concerned about my daughter having to take care of it herself, and wanted my anxiety eased.

Came in on a Saturday, with an appointment at the earliest time. I was told my transmission fluid change would take roughly until 11-12. But the master tech was in early and able to start on my car right away. So I got out of there at 9:30am, which was amazing since ai had a packed schedule today.
