Upon dropping my vehicle off at the service center I informed Josue that my brakes were already squealing/ squeaking and needed attention and not the kind where you just look at it it needed to be fixed however when I picked up my vehicle my brakes were still squeakin. I have two children and their safety is my utmost priority I'm very disappointed that the service center did not change out my brake pads. If you want to remedy the situation please call me back down to the dealership and change out the break pads.

The service was terrible. They didn’t want to help me fix my AC order. Disappointed.
Things have gone down hill since you’ve changed management in the Service Department. The new older gentleman is dismissive and never returned a request for a call back after several delays and just sits at his desk staring into the distance when it’s clear the remainder of the staff are struggling and need leadership. I was even told to perhaps try Capistrano VW after being a very loyal client to Norm Reeves for 12 years with my Honda and my VW. Please bring some consistent leadership to the service department. My comments do not refer to the wonderful Shop Foreman Mike. He even stopped to help me understand my bill after my keys were sort of tossed at me with no explanation. Still waiting on that call from Jamie the service manager even now. I previously worked as a service manager years ago, I promise you, this is heading down a slippery slope. Please bring back some of the old staff if you are able.
