My service writer was great and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I am used to having a car wash when I pay for something at a dealership. I paid for a brake inspection and there was nothing wrong with my brakes, thankfully. I was treated well and the communication was great. Just surprised that my car wasn’t out thru a quick wash.
Josue listened to try to understand the problem instead of writing me off or saying the problem didn’t exist. This meant a lot to me, and I will definitely be returning for service on the vehicle in the future.
