The service was done per the specification. The one missing item was the car wash. However I completely understand the current economic situation as the reason to cut costs. I hope that this will change when things turn around
The quoted cost and real cost is not matched.
I scheduled an oil change for 11 AM. I waited two hours for my oil change to be complete. If I schedule an appointment I expected to be keep taken care of at the time of the appointment. There’s no way in oil change took two hours. The price was also high at over $100. Definitely not worth it, I’ll go somewhere cheaper next time.
