Service was great - Thank you . I was shocked that after car was kept (on my request) due to out of town that the car wasn’t washed or anything - outside of car have a lot of dirty and mud from rain but I was under the impression of a car wash or wipe down of some sort , also headlights warning sigal keeps coming on - I had no issue with that before car was sent in .

Would like to have my car washed and that is sad you don't do that anymore. I would think VW would want to have as many nice clean and shiny vehicles on the road for everyone to see.
