I dropped my ID.4 off for 10 point inspection.about two hours later, Josue let me know that the job is done. So I stopped by and picked up like everything went well as planned. Also he sent me the results thru text as an attached. He did good job with communication.
Good representation of the company and brand, just the labor rates are high and the websites doesn’t have many discounts as the other’s dealerships in LA area. The driver side rear tire pressure wasn’t set properly and I had to add 6psi to turn off the TPS indicator. Overall well perform work but time will tell how it holds up.

This is second time in a row when after bringing the car from service some problem is detected. Yesterday after bringing the tire from service all 4 tire have low air pressure and tpms is on. Worst experience may be because the car is under extended warranty and I didn’t opted of extra recommendations done.
I dropped off my car for recall repair. Your Uber got me to my office and my car was ready and back to me quickly. It was a very seem less and convenient. Thank you.
It was a terrible service. They took my car for over twelve hours after a promised three hours ONLY. They had my car overnight. After no communication whatsoever, not being told when my car would be ready until I made the call TO THEM several hours afterwards. There are two recalls that did not get fixed, I was scammed out of using two of my free services. I was told the issues would be fixed however, I came back the next day and they blamed the dangling front sensor on outside influence and tried to charge me 1500 dollars to fix it or commit insurance fraud. Although it was very clear that it was material defect. I intend to send this entire review to not only VW headquarters but also post on socials to warn others of the absolute dog **** service that you guys offer.
