Apt made for early am. Drove from Fullerton to find out part was not ordered! Rigo did help by getting it the following day but still disappointing. Car was completed but not washed as promised. Don’t think I will be back.

Josue was an excellent representative of your company. His communications were clear. He told me exactly what they were going to do to try to identify the problem that I described in general terms. He was very forthright about the potential approximate $200 charge for the vehicle inspection If it turned out that any damage was caused by modifications I did. The car was fixed on time. Pick up was very easy.
One suggestion I have for the dealership is to wash the car before it's returned. Mostdealerships I have been to recently for repairs of our several vehicles this as a courtesy. Obviously the car doesn't need to be detailed, but a quick washing or leave a better impression on your customers.
They were great about the communication. They were great about pricing and I just always have a great experience there.
The problem with the phone transition to the car was not fixed. Now we have to bring the car in again.

Not satisfied at all. The parking sensors still beep when there’s nothing around me. The transmission still has a hard down shift between 3rd and 2nd gear. The rear speaker still pops. I refuse to accept this as normal. I’m actually offended that this wasn’t taken seriously considering I’m a first time VW owner who bought the most expensive vehicle on your lot and purchased an extended warranty. How will these issues be resolved?
