I have to be honest - very disappointed w my experience w the service dept and your sales manager who all did not take me seriously (and blew me off) that there was something genuinely wrong w the car WiFi/carnet. I even asked immediately when I got there if maybe a trial ended or something and that’s why it wasn’t working. They kept my car all day, had me wait, said there was nothing wrong and prolly my phone and then tried to convince me to keep it again today. Luckily one of your agents figured it out. Just some feedback. I don’t understand how your sales manager wouldn’t instantly make that connection.
