I was surprised to hear that it is required by the dealership to replace front rotors whenever front brake pads are replaced even if this is the first time that the front brake pads are due for replacement.
As I was waiting for my car to be locked at. I couldn’t help but watch the sales reps. They were cracking me up. Y’all should really think about creating a social media outlet for the sales guys doing what they do ( flexing’, knowing they’re cute) sell your cars and their looks.

It took months to get my car fixed because for some reason the mechanics were unable to identify the underbody trim panel that needed to be replaced. After the fact I checked the documentation available on Erwin and I am puzzled how it was impossible to not knowing what part was needed right away. Anyway, my service advisor was great and kept me informed and gave me a slight discount on the labor and part cost.
