I was quoted 100.00 and when I got there my bill was 307.00 . No one called me to okay the additional service which tripled my bill . We were quite surprised and not in a good way either .
I am pleased with the customer service from Raul. He has answered all my questions and took care of all the required maintenance including the recall on my car. Service Department has done a great job on the detailed cleaning both interior and exterior. Great service as always!
I drove my Jetta in yesterday late afternoon when I got a message that one of my tires was losing pressure. Tom met me and quickly had a tech check it out. Found I had to replace the tire as it could not be repaired. Tom got me a ride home. Today at 7 am got a text that my car was ready to be picked up. Other than the cost of replacing it I appreciate the great service I always get at the dealership
