Thomas was very cheerful and helpful. I was relieved and thrilled to get a Loaner Car. Peace of mind. They got my car fixed at a reasonable time. The only thing that was kinda a bummer was not having a clean, washed car. Other then that, very pleased!

I went to the nearby Emissions testing place after I finished with Norm Reeves VW recall. My 2019 car Failed the Emissions test. Was that fue to your service on my car this morning? They said it might me.

I don’ t Like how I having to make an appointment and you over book the service department so badly that they have so much work that they can barely get the cars out. Takes all day for an oil change and a few filters for $450 State of the art service is not fancy names for your survive department it dos not make you high end dealership maybe try capes and head bands. That’s management misfire
You ask so I give you the truth
Make an appointment online for oil change and bluetooth check, with the estimation of $114. The appointment website also mentioned they do carwash. When get there they said I dont have any appointment, the after proving them the appointment, they accepted to do oil change and said they are open on weekends only as a curtesy and wont do any other services. And they DONT DO CARWASH, unlike all other dealership services
