Raul's customer service is exceptional. There was a mixup with my appointment but he made sure my car would be serviced as he knew I was traveling from Big Bear, which is about 2.5 hours away. Raul deserves kudos for his service, courtesy, and amiable approach. Do whatever you need to do to keep him!

With a 10 day service, was never offered a loaner vehicle , nor a pick up to retrieve my vehicle. Took an Uber to pick it up. Bought vehicle from you, have had many services, including new tires and would expect better customer service. Guess I was wrong.
