I scheduled an oil change online for my 2015 Passat with 38k miles, and I planned to wait during my service. My appointment was at 1pm and I didn’t leave until 330pm. When I checking in, I was told my service would be done at approximately 215pm. At about 245pm, the service department told me I had a puncture in one of the tires and needed a new cabin air filter. I would like to know why a service marketed as ‘express’ took an entire afternoon. Thank you.
My car was delivered back to me extremely dirty. When I brought my concerns he seemed to want to argue. I asked to talk to a service manager he said one was not available. I then asked for any manager he called out sales manager.
Guys went beyond call of duty
A HUGE thank you to Raul who helped a couple of Utah girls having car trouble on our way to our annual Disney trip. We called while we were on the road and told him what was happening and he was able to make us feel a little better knowing that we had a place to drop off my car and get it looked at in a pinch. He was so kind and understanding and I am forever grateful for him. Even though I don’t live here and needed an on the spot appointment, he took care of us. I really hope someone takes a minute to read this and expresses my gratitude to Raul. When I arrived to the dealership on the 17th with a check engine light, Raul was upfront with me and said he was unsure how soon someone would be able to look at the car. When I was about to make arrangements to have the car towed, Raul went to his Service Mgr and was able to get the vehicle in for diagnosis. Going over and beyond to take care of a customer speaks volume. Raul was not only great to deal with, but kept me informed on the process. I'll be bringing my vehicle back to the dealership for future service because of this experience. Thank you Brandon
